Rates, effective October 10, 2009 for a
seven-night stay*, double occupancy, are as follows:
December
15 through April 14 $ 125.00 per night
April 15 through December 14 $ 89.00 per night
Additional persons (2 maximum) $ 10.00
per night each
Guests staying for one month, or longer, will receive a
10% discount from the rates above.
*Stays of less
than 7 nights are at the above rates plus a $90.00 housekeeping charge.
Hawaii State Taxes (General Excise and Transient Accommodations) of 12.42% are in addition to the above
rates.
Reservations must be secured by a $250.00 deposit, $350.00
for stays of one month or longer, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Refund
of deposit, upon advance cancellation no less than 45 days prior to arrival, less a $100.00 processing fee.
