There is an almost endless array of activities
available on Maui , a few of which are pictured alongside this page.
Water Sports: Surfing, wind-surfing, jet-skis, scuba-diving,
snorkeling, sailing, fishing, parasailing and swimming either in the ocean or pool. All this and more. During
the winter months, whale watching either from the shore or an excursion boat is a definite must.
Golf and Tennis: There are over a dozen golf courses on Maui
and several public tennis facilities. Most have rental equipment available.
Shopping: What woman doesn't like to shop when on vacation?
Maui has it all from souvenir shops to some very expensive boutiques, and many are located within walking distance, a
short drive from your condo or about a 45 minute drive north to Lahaina.
Luau's: Hawaii has always been known for this special form
of entertainment, the luau, or feast. Don't miss this opportunity to sample some authentic island cuisine and entertainment.
Exploring: Want to see what else the island of Maui has to
offer? Drive to the top of Mt. Haleakala, the dormant volcano whose ancient eruptions formed the island. While
"upcountry" visit some of the quaint little towns on the slopes of the mountain. Some of which are Paia, Makawao or
the winery at Tedechi's in Ulapalakua. Hana, on the other side of the island is a great all day drive, stopping
at waterfalls and viewpoints along the way to enjoy the scenery.
Kamaole Beach #2, or Kam 2 as it is called by the locals, is a wonderful
place for swimming, lying in the sun, walking, or relaxing at the end of the day enjoying a cocktail while watching the sunset on the water. It is directly
across the street from your condo.
These are just a few of the many activities to discover on our beautiful
island.
